Most mechanics are honest, hardworking professionals. However, we've experienced how they can struggle to explain what is wrong with a car and what needs to be repaired in terms the customer can understand. Without clear and effective communication, mistrust and frustration exist. The TalkToMyMechanicT Program connects a driver with our expert staff of ASE Certified Master and World-Class technicians who will work with the driver and their mechanic to render an opinion on the repair diagnosis (is this the "Right Repair"?) and validate the repair estimates (is this a "Fair Repair"?). They may even find a better solution through a different approach to the problem. In essence, they translate into plain English what the mechanic is trying to say, while verifying that what the mechanic is recommending is a sound course of action.

How Can I Join Sonsio's TalkToMyMechanicT Program?
Sonsio works with companies who will actively market the TalkToMyMechanic™  Program as one of the benefits of their offering. When the consumer calls for help, we will capture their information, perform our diagnostic and advisory service, and then seek permission to educate them on what is important and relevant as it relates to the standard of caring for their vehicle, and working with a repair facility.
