If they have to make a claim they are grateful that they qualify for a credit towards the replacement tire. Great and quick service. I filed a claim and they called the same day. I missed the call twice but they called back the next day to schedule my appointment. I showed up for my appointment at safelite and it was already paid for. So basically within 3 days of filing a claim I got a brand new windshield no hassle. Best service ever.

I entered my vin on their website, was directed to the dent wizard site and submitted photos of damage and then received a confirmation number. I was contacted promptly and the repair was scheduled. Dings are gone and looks new again. Thanks.
