    You'll get your Dealer ID# (needed to create your account) as well as an introduction to the new online claims system.

  2. Get Connected

    ON A PHONE – Download the Sonsio Service app:

    Google Play

  3. Create Your Account
    (You'll need the Dealer ID# that Sonsio provided to you.)

    ON A COMPUTER – Click the Advisors tab, then click Need to create an account.

    ON A PHONE – Click Service Advisor Login at the bottom of the homescreen, then click Create Account.

  4. Login & File a Claim
